Overview
Shareholder meetings, board presentations and employee gatherings provide unparalleled opportunities for executives to connect with an audience and deliver important messages in a short amount of time. The ideas you present in these forums must be clear, concise and memorable. You may even need to deliver difficult news or motivate and inspire the crowd.
Crafting an effective speech and presentation for these meetings is vital, but challenging. EDC’s Executive Coaching for Large Group Presentations workshop is designed to fully prepare you for your next large-group presentation. Our unique approach assigns two EDC consultants who provide individual coaching on content and delivery in two separate sessions.
First, you’ll work with your EDC coach to refine the content of your presentation by focusing on a powerful opening and closing, content organization and group dynamics. From there, you’ll move into delivery coaching that uses video playback. You’ll then have the opportunity to practice and polish your newly refined message.
