Dun & Bradstreet Customers give EDC top marks in Dun & Bradstreet Open Ratings survey

EDC delivers outstanding service, reliability and support, customers say

EDC Communications was certified as a Top 20% Performer based on a Past Performance Evaluation (PPE) customer survey conducted by Dun & Bradstreet’s Open Ratings customer satisfaction rating service.

 

EDC earned an overall PPE score of 97 out of 100 points, demonstrating outstanding overall customer satisfaction and placing EDC in the top quintile of companies in its industry class.

The August 2010 survey measured EDC customer opinions across nine categories:

  1. Reliability
  2. Cost
  3. Order accuracy
  4. Delivery/timeliness
  5. Quality
  6. Business relations
  7. Personnel
  8. Customer support
  9. Responsiveness

EDC rated at least 96 out of 100 points in every category. In the personnel category, EDC earned a perfect rating of 100 out of 100.
